Understandable as up till 10.30 there are still parents coming up to the arbiter table informing of cancellation and name changes.
However, even with all the hiccups the games have started. Only a few tables are empty.
Because of the late start, 2nd round will be slightly delayed. Instead of 1.30pm, it'll start at 2.00pm.
